Refund, exchange, and shipping policy:
Shipping Policy:
Shipping is stated in all product descriptions and can vary between 1-3 weeks depending on the item ordered and when it was ordered. Every product is HANDMADE (besides our phone cases), and there is a process that goes into making each and every piece!
Returns:
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. If the item is damaged you are not eligible for a refund. If item is stained/needs cleaning, missing original packaging, a partial refund will be given.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return address. And issue the refund once the item has been delivered back to us. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted for a refund.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items, gift cards or sample items.
All out of the country sales (outside of USA) are final sale and cannot be returned or refunded.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Shipping & Refunds
Refunds only cover the cost of the item bought not shipping. Once an item is shipped it is no longer in our hands. Unfortunately If an item that has been shipped gets lost in the mail/ isn’t received by you we cannot issue a refund for the item/order.
If an order is in the process of being shipped we cannot issue a refund, you must wait till you receive the item, then start the return process to receive a possible refund.
If you do not input the right address and do not get the item we cannot issue a refund. If an item gets returned to sender by the postal system we will reach out to you and offer a refund or to ship it out to another address with a postal fee from 5-10$ USA to 20-30$ if outside of the USA
Sizing:
Please refer to our size charts listed in our product descriptions. Most of our items run true to size, although some sweaters do have an oversized fit.
